BB3 - Three Piece Bespoke Biltong DrierThe three piece Bespoke Biltong drier (BB3) has been developed to be used with the BB Dryness Scale. It can be used without the BB Scale as well. The BB3 drier is designed for three pieces of biltong up to 400mm in length. The two horizontal dowels provide 600mm hanging space for biltong bites and or sausage to be dried.
