Signatory Vintage | Very Cloudy Ardmore 2013 - The Un-Chillfiltered CollectionThe Ardmore distillery produces a single malt with a moderate amount of peat (between 12 and 14 ppm of phenols). This version, aged in bourbon casks, has a smooth, smoky character with notes of baked apples, bourbon vanilla, gentian and peat. Reduced to 40% without either chill filtering or coloring, they have a rich, intensely aromatic character and slightly cloudy appearance.
